Hello friends! Blogging time is at a minimum these days, but that will be changing soon! Our family is about to embark on a long term adventure, so blogging will pick up here and at a new site we are creating for our adventure. Stay tuned…
In the meantime, today I’m joining the lovely Heather from Beauty that Moves in her weekly blog hop.
I hope you are enjoying the start of your local farmers market and all the lusciousness Spring brings.
Enjoy!
(Details on the photos can be found below.)
:: gluten free whole grain waffles, almond butter and berries for lunch
:: strawberry green salad with poppyseed dressing and freshly picked wild chives
:: the girls chopping and prepping strawberries
:: lentil dal with brown rice, cilantro and mango chutney
:: portabello burger on Udi’s roll with grilled vegetables and cilantro cabbage slaw
:: asparagus, spinach and local goat cheese on homemade teff pizza crust
:: sweet potato, spinach, onion, cabbage on buckwheat spirals topped with lemon zest
:: pesto pasta (we love these buckwheat spirals) with broccoli
:: cilantro cabbage slaw (delicious on its own as a side or on tacos…forgot to take picture, but we had this on tacos last night with black beans, onions, pineapple, green onions and guacamole)
:: farmers market finds (plus strawberries that were hidden out of the frame for some reason…oh, maybe because we were eating them!)
