Hello friends! I’m back and joining Heather today for her blog hop. It’s been hot and humid, already, here in southeastern PA over the past week or two, which you will see reflected in our simple food (lots of quick quinoa salads!). Things are crazy as we embark on several messy house projects in preparation for the next phase of life. The highlight of my week has been opening day of our local farmers market! I wish I had taken a picture of all the beautiful lettuce, asparagus, potatoes, and rhubarb we bought.
