You have had a busy week and it all looks amazing. Do you like the Superfood Juices book? It looks right up my alley.

Thanks, Tracey! I love ALL of Julie Morris’ books. I just got the Superfood Juices book yesterday and from what I saw paging through, I love it. Do you have any of her other books? I think she’s a really creative chef and the flavors combinations are great. We especially love her smoothies recipes. I made a pistachio cherry smoothie the other day that was wonderful and I make her cookie dough smoothie once a week.

Oh, I have the super food kitchen and super food smoothies books, but didn’t know there was a juices book! Everything looks so delicious.

Thanks, Denise! It’s brand new. I just got it yesterday from amazon because I preordered.

Your photos look so delicious! The salads, the pancakes… I think I’ll go check out the SuperFood Juices book form the library now!

This all looks delicious. I’m definitely going to have a go at making the energy cookies. I think I have all the ingredients except for barley flour but think I could perhaps substitute with spelt.

I think I substituted with spelt, too, and maybe a touch of buckwheat.

Did I see two kinds of pancakes in there? Yum!

Yep! The pancakes with strawberries next to them are banana teff – one of our favorites. There are also dosas, which look like pancakes, and those are yummy, too! 🙂
